USS Nitro (AE-2/AE-23) Association 
There are now two separate categories of membership dues developed for those former crew members and others who desire to become a member of the USS Nitro (AE-2/AE-23) Association.

1.) CREWMEMBER dues: will be $24.60 ($20.00 + $4.60 s/h) annually, included with the dues are a laminated membership card, quarterly newsletters, membership directory and a premium.. For "new" members, a membership certificate. The premium for the 2008 CREWMEMBER dues is one (1) Association Challenge Coin.

2.) ASSOCIATED dues: will be $14.50 ($12.50 + $2.00 s/h) annually, plus shipping and handling, included with the 2008 ASSOCIATED dues are quarterly newsletters, a membership card and for "new" members, a member certificate.
For spouses and children of former or deceased USS Nitro (AE-2/AE-23) crewmembers, any former U. S. Navy personnel, or anyone having an interest in or desire to join the USS Nitro Association.
